Would you prefer Bexhill-on-Sea Town Councillors to be independent or affiliated with a political party?

The majority of Bexhill-on-Sea Town Council's 18 councillors are independent, rather than affiliated with national political parties. Three councillors are members of the Rother Association of Independent Councillors (RALC), while a smaller number belong to national political parties, as declared in their published Registers of Interests.

With the next Town Council elections scheduled for May 2027, residents have an opportunity to consider whether they would prefer councillors who stand independently or those affiliated with political parties.

For the purposes of this poll, members of RALC are classified as independent councillors.
