Should lawyers use AI and if so, what for>

Increasingly, lawyers are using AI for a variety of tools, including automation of their documentation and processes and also for checking and sometimes even writing contracts.  And some lawyers are even using  AI to provide citations.  Earlier this year the high court told lawyers to stop misusing AI, so is this a case of stop using it fully, or use it carefully and only for, for example, automation
