With snow and ice expected across large parts of the UK, are you confident the transport networks will cope with the disruption?

Snow and ice are expected to cause disruption across large parts of the UK this week, with yellow and amber warnings in place across northern England, Scotland and parts of Wales.

The Met Office has warned of up to 25cm of snow on higher ground, icy conditions on roads and possible power cuts.

Rail services could face delays as ice and snow impact points, signals and overhead lines.

Network Rail says it is working to keep key routes open, and local authorities have deployed gritters and ploughs.

Despite preparations, past winters have shown that transport services can still be severely affected when extreme weather arrives quickly.

Do you think the UK's transport networks will cope with disruption caused by the weather?
